There's nowhere on earth quite like central Australia. From the sacred sites of Uluru and Kata Tjuta to Kings Canyon and further north to Alice Springs and the incredible MacDonnell Ranges, it's a place that has captivated my heart. It's a wild, desolate landscape, painted in hues of red, orange and yellow, contrasted by the occasional pockets of green.

My favourite moments though have come in times of wet weather, with rain flooding otherwise dry creekbeds and bringing to life cascading waterfalls on the canyons and rock faces.
